DISHWASHER

As a dishwasher, you are the owner and integral part of the kitchen’s success. The guest experience starts and ends with you. In this role, you are responsible for upholding a pristine environment and delivering genuine warmth and care to your team. You take pride in maintaining a safe and sanitary workplace. This role is fast-paced and demanding, but you stay ahead by being efficient and anticipating your team’s needs. 

CATERING SERVER

A Catering Server is a key contributor to the flawless execution of Quails’ Gate vineyard dinners, winery events, and private receptions while creating beautiful experiences for our guests. This position requires our server to assist with full set up, seamless service, and tear down of events.

BARTENDER

Quails’ Gate Estate Winery is seeking a creative and talented individual to fill the position of Bartender at its Old Vines Restaurant. This individual is not only passionate about the journey of food and wine from farm to table but also carries this same farm-to-table passion when it comes to creating cocktails. All our offerings at Quails’ Gate have a story to tell come join our team of storytellers.   

WINE SHOP ASSOCIATE

Quails’ Gate Estate Winery is seeking passionate wine lovers to fill the role of Seasonal Sales Associate in our Wineshop.  Come work with the storytellers of our Estate and share the tale of our family of wines from root to bottle. For many guests, the Wineshop is a first introduction to Quails’ Gate and the opportunity to create meaningful experiences and lasting connections.  From guiding a tasting to leading a tour, or simply wrapping up an order and carrying it out to the guest’s car, our Wineshop staff are the people who bring the Quails’ Gate experience to life.

WINE SHOP STOCK ASSISTANT

The Quails’ Gate Wineshop is looking for energetic dedicated individuals to fill the position of Stock Assistant.  Our service support team is integral in meeting Quails’ Gate service standards and creating remarkable first impressions, through maintaining the cleanliness of the tasting room inside and out, assisting in the setup and takedown of tasting experiences, and supporting guests with their purchases. 

CONCIERGE

Quails’ Gate Winery is looking for outgoing organized individuals to fill the seasonal position of Concierge.  Our winery Concierges are the first point of contact for all guests arriving at the property and are the conductors of the onsite guest experience. Your role is to facilitate a seamless memorable experience by greeting and directing guests, organizing reservations, coordinating tastings, and sharing your knowledge of the Quails’ Gate Estate.

LEAD BARISTA

Quails’ Gate is looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals to fill the position of Lead Barista at our Market café. Lead baristas will work directly with our Market Manager supporting the smooth operation of the café, will coach and lead by example, as well as participate in ordering, inventory, and overseeing opening and closing procedures.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced barista or service professional to gain leadership experience.
