With longer days and warmer evenings comes the return of wines that are expressive, generous, and built for sharing.
Estate Gewürztraminer 2025 arrives as part of our Heirloom series — a continuation of our commitment to planting with purpose and crafting wines that reflect both heritage and season.

A Vineyard Favourite
Charming and fruit-forward, our Gewürztraminer opens with rose petal, lychee, and guava. A round entry gives way to a gently spiced, lingering finish — aromatic, inviting, and distinctly expressive.
This pink-skinned grape thrives in British Columbia and has become one of the region’s most celebrated white varietals. In our estate vineyards, it delivers both character and approachability.

From Garden to Table
To accompany this release, we’re sharing heirloom summer squash seeds — a natural pairing for Gewürztraminer’s warmth, aromatics, and gentle spice.
Our featured recipe, Sautéed Yellow Squash, celebrates the sweetness and delicate texture of just-harvested squash. Quickly sautéed until tender (but still bright), then tossed with a lemon-garlic herb oil and finished with a crunchy, savoury topping, it plays beautifully with the wine’s round fruit and fragrant lift. The dish’s freshness keeps everything in balance, while Gewürztraminer’s spice and perfume bring the flavours into sharper focus.
Seasonal, generous, and meant to be shared. Because what we plant today shapes what we gather around tomorrow.
