Inspired by the graceful plume of a quail, Plume symbolizes the spirit of discovery and the freedom to soar beyond familiar horizons. Rooted in the Stewart Family’s rich wine making legacy, Plume is an exploration of distinctive valleys, each with it’s own unique character and story to tell.
From the rolling vineyards of Napa and Sonoma Valleys to the untamed beauty of the Similkameen, and now venturing into the dynamic wine regions of Oregon, Washington, Plume celebrates the richness of the world’s most renowned growing regions.
This Pinot Gris was sourced from the Westmount Vineyard near Monmouth, Oregon. This part of the Willamette Valley is dramatically cooled by the Van Duzer gap, an opening in the coastal mountains that pulls cold air from the Pacific Ocean into the valley.
The result is grapes that ripen very slowly and retain bright, fresh acidity and pristine fruit flavours – the essence of cool-climate. With lively lemon zest and green apple aromas, crisp pear and honeydew flavours, and a fresh, vibrant finish.
This Rosé of Pinot Noir is crafted from Oregon’s hillside vineyards, where cool climates and well-draining soils produce wines of elegance. Sourced from the slopes of Ribbon Ridge nestled in north east Willamette. A complex array of clones including; Pommard 5, Martini, Wadeswill & Archery.
A fine and elegant profile. Delicate wild strawberry, rose petal, and citrus aromas complement ripe raspberry and white peach flavours, balanced by refreshing acidity
This Chenin Blanc was sourced from the sun-drenched vineyards of south-central Washington, where warm days and cool nights create the perfect conditions for vibrant wines. Harvested from 40-year-old vines planted in 1980 and 1981 in the Horse Heaven Hills, situated in the heart of the Columbia Valley.
Breathtaking and balanced. Vibrant aromas of peach and lime zest lead to flavours of juicy apricot and honey, balanced by refreshing acidity and soft minerality.
This Pinot Noir is sourced from high-elevation vineyards in Dayton, Oregon—where the cool climate and complex soils create wines of exceptional concentration and elegance. A true representation of the Willamette Valley’s rich and storied terroir.
Aromas of black cherry and violet lead to flavours of wild strawberry and earthy undertones, with silky tannins and a balanced finish.
COMING SOON.
This Cabernet Sauvignon was grown in the heart of the Similkameen Valley a pristine stretch of vineyards set amongst the dramatic backdrop of rugged and awe-inspiring mountains. Due to the tall surrounding mountains and the reflectivity of the rock, heat remains in the valley long after the sun sets, making this vineyard site the perfect home for the late-ripening Cabernet vines.
Seriously captivating. Immersed in vibrant black fruits, licorice and fresh violet aromas that unfold into complex and defined flavours of black currant, mint, and sage leaves.
