The maximum group size for a ceremony and reception is 36 seated guests. With an exception for those with groups of 80 or less interested in a full buyout at Old Vines Restaurant on select dates only.
No, for groups larger than 80, we can host only the ceremony at Quails’ Gate Winery.
Absolutely! We offer intimate wedding options for smaller groups. The Stewart Family Room can accommodate dinner for up to 36 guests, and our Dinner in the Vineyard setting is perfect for small weddings of 36 guests.
Our Dinner in the Vineyard setting offers a unique and intimate experience amidst the beauty of our vineyards. It includes a dinner setup for up to 36 guests, providing a memorable backdrop for your special day.
While we do not offer wedding planning services, we highly recommend working with a wedding planner and we have a list of preferred partners and planners we would be happy to share.

Wedding photos are restricted to the Harvest Gathering site and the central vineyard. Picture taking is not allowed at Old Vines Restaurant, Tasting Room patio and the Market grounds.
Amplified music is not allowed and all music must end before 9:00 PM.
