 Culinary Director Chef Roger Sleiman — a recent inductee into the BC Restaurant Hall of Fame — will lead the team in creating a four-course menu that tells the story of our past and celebrates our future. He’ll be joined by some of our local purveyors to bring this special anniversary dinner to life.
