A culinary pioneer in the Okanagan Valley Chef Rod Butters owns a variety of acclaimed restaurants all committed to supporting local cuisine. Rod is also a best-selling cookbook author, with “The Okanagan Table” receiving accolades for its celebration of regional cooking.
Chef Bernard Casavant, a pioneer in Okanagan’s culinary scene since 2006, is known for his unwavering commitment to farm-to-table cuisine and local ingredients. As the Culinary Director of Lakehouse Kitchens, he brings with him an impressive career and a wealth of experiences.
Chef Jeremy Luypen is an award-winning chef who is often referred to as one of the top chefs in the Okanagan. Jeremy is the current president of the Okanagan Chefs Association and is an instructor in the Okanagan College’s Culinary Arts Program, developing cooks & apprentices.
At the recent WineAlign National Wine Awards of Canada we proudly brought home 10 gold medals, with three honouring our coveted Founders’ Series wines.
To mark this achievement, we have assembled a limited-edition set of our award-winning Founders’ wines, including an exclusive pre-release of the 2021 Rosemary’s Block Chardonnay.
In addition to year-round complimentary tastings, members receive one complimentary premium annual club tasting per year. This is an elevated tasting with a food pairing and is hosted by a senior wine educator. Members can book this experience for up to six people once a year.
